Return & Refund Policy

Most AVROS works and editions are produced to order. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

For original artworks and made-to-order editions (prints and objects), we accept returns only in case of:

  • damage in transit,
  • production defects, or
  • if you receive the wrong item.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order at gallery@avros.art, including:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the item and the packaging,
  • a short description of the issue

If your return is approved, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returned items must be:

  • in the same condition as received,
  • carefully repacked in the original or equivalent protective packaging,
  • accompanied by proof of purchase.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the return is due to our error, we will cover or refund reasonable return shipping costs.

2. Made-to-order items and right of withdrawal

Many AVROS editions and objects are produced individually for each order (for example, format, material, or finish chosen at checkout). For such made-to-order items, the standard “change of mind” right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.

This does not affect your rights in case of damage, defects, or our error.

3. Exchanges

If an item is approved for return due to damage, defect, or error, you can choose between:

  • a replacement (where possible), or
  • a refund.

We will confirm the available options in our email reply.

4. Refunds.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will inform you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since our refund confirmation and you have not received your refund, please contact us at gallery@avros.art.
