Shipping policy
Production & fulfilment
Fine art prints and framed works are produced and shipped on our behalf by a specialist print laboratory in Germany.
Original paintings and selected objects are shipped directly from the studio in Vienna.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the countries available at checkout.
If your country is not listed, please contact us at avros.art@gmail.com and we will check possible options.
Processing times
– Prints and framed works: production usually takes 4–7 business days before dispatch.
– Originals: orders are typically prepared for shipment within 7 business days.
These timeframes are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or due to external factors (carriers, customs, holidays).
Estimated delivery times
From the moment of dispatch, typical transit times are:
– Austria & Germany: approx. 7–14 business days
– Other EU countries: approx. 10–14 business days
– Rest of world: approx. 14–21 business days
Actual delivery times depend on the destination, carrier and local customs.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, format and weight of the work.
Any applicable charges will be shown before you complete your order.
Customs, duties and taxes
International shipments outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, import taxes and handling fees charged by the destination country.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient.
We have no control over these fees or possible customs delays.
Separate shipments
If your order contains both original works and prints/objects, items may be shipped in separate parcels and may arrive at different times.
Damaged parcels and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the package or the work arrives damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days at gallery@avros.art with your order number and clear photos.
We will review the case and work with our production and shipping partners to arrange a replacement or another solution.
